What are the pre-requisites of the exam? While there are no official prerequisites to take the 70-685 exam both Microsoft and uCertify strongly recommend that the candidate should be able to resolve operating system issues by telephone, email, connecting to an end user's system remotely, or by visiting an end user's desktop. They should have a working knowledge of operating in an Active Directory domain environment.

  • If a candidate does not achieve a passing score the second time, the candidate must wait at least 14-days before retaking the exam a third time.
